Looking for reel table (reel motor top) for a Tascam 38/48/58

Hey folks,

I have a bent 58 reel table that is causing issues with my transport.

Anybody have one of these from a parts machine somewhere? I think they're the same on 38's/48's/58's.

Let me know. I'd love to buy it. Can do the usual paypal thing.

You might want to call tascam's parts department out in CA. They keep a lot of parts in stock and are often way less expensive then the opportunists on evilbay.

Just get the part number from the operation/service manual of the reel table before you call them so they can tell you if they have it or not.

That had occurred to me. From the parts blow up, it doesn't seem to have a part number. The reel motor does but, I'll look again. Maybe I missed it on another page.

Yeah, not looking to buy it for $70 or something from Mr. Flower Pot, but thought somebody might have a parts machine on here and sell it for cheap.

edit: drrr. Okay, found the part number. . . . I'll call on Monday.

The reel table for the 38 is part # 5800300502
It's best to call Tascam Parts @ 323-727-4840 8am-5pm Pacific Time. Tell them you need a reel table for the specific model and let them know you have a part number if they need it. Tascam is normally much less expensive than the ripoff criminals on eBay. Hope that helps.
