Preamp help ($100 range)

all i want is a decent 1 for a vocals, only 1 mic slot is fine.. which should i use?

PreSonus BlueTube $100
Presonus tubepre $100
MAudio AudioBuddy $80
ART Tube MP Microphone Preamp $50
ART Tube MP OPL Microphone Preamp $60
Rolls GCI404 Audio Computer $100
Behringer VX2000 Ultra-Voice Pro $130


there are others i probably havnt seen.
dont have other equipment but its probably
$100 dollar condensor mic
$80-100 dollar sound card
 
im not trying for "prosound" ....

i only have a $100 dollars to spend on a pre amp.. any help is always nic.
