Is there somewhere that shows how to install a phase switch and DI in these?

I'm just looking for one location that has all the information for getting these into racks with the Phantom Power, Phase switch, and a DI. I can't seem to find anything other than pictures.
 
I've done a few of these and I got most of my info from digitaldrummer.net . What are you having a problem with? He has very good pics of where to connect the wires for the DI and the phase switch is a simple switch that reverses the wires. I used a DPDT switch and two jumper wires, works great.
