Small Basic Midi Controller

I'm lookin for a small midi footswitch. Basically Ive got a midi switchable guitar preamp, and I'd like to be able to switch it. I dont want one of those god-aweful huge controllers, something the size of two stomp boxes would be good. Also, something that will be able to withstand some miles on it.

Can't seem to find anything to fit my needs. I'd settle for being able to switch between two or three channels. :(

Ideas?
