How Can I Change Midi Channels On Parts In Performance Mode On My Roland Xp30

I know theres a shortcut to do this but I cannot for the life of me remember what it is. Here is essentially what I want to do with my setup


Roland Alpha Juno 2 on Channel 1
Akai cd3000i on Channel 2
Ensoniq EPS (master keyboard/sequencer/controller) Channel 3
Roland Xp30 Channels 4 to 10
Reason 4 channels 11 to 16

How can I setup my XP 30 so that the channels on it dont interfere with other instruments? I know there is an option to do it but I forget how to do it. Please help

Roland now has all their old user manuals on line, in scanned PDF format.

It appears they have even scanned their ancient instruments' manuals.

I am fully aware of the manuals being available online. I have read the manual several times and have not found the information I am requesting. It was a shortcut someone told me about a few months ago that I am hoping someone else might know.
