Bigsby puts out a variety of models and I find conflicting information about which model is specifically intended for the different guitar body styles.
I have a full size arch-top hollow body and as near as I can figure out, it's going to be either the B-3 or the B-7, but even Bigsby's own website says for each, that they are intended for thin hollow body guitars! I've been looking to buy one on eBay, but the sellers there don't seem to know either. Different sellers claim that both models are for full size hollow bodies. Without actualy comparing them side by side, they look identical!
Can someone who really knows the difference, put me on the right course ...
And also, do I need to replace the bridge when installing a Bigsby. If so, what bridge is recommended. Thanks.
