Yes- for $79, this little dooley does the job!
It accepts both headphone level signals and line level signals through the same TRS jack, but the former sounds like shit. Really- cute. About the size of a guitar tuner.
Volume control on each of 4 headphone outputs. Using line level signals from GINA and some MDR-7506 phones, I had to apply a small cut from the midway detente in the volume control for comfortable listening. It's an entire monitoring circuit for 4 that fits in a 3-gallon cat litter bucket along with (foldable) headphones, extension cables for the headphones and power supply.
