I'm running into an issue matching a series one Yorkville YSM1p.
It's very hard to find these used under $250, and harder to find anyone willing to part with just one. I won't pay more than that when I need just one.
Yorkville tells me a series II will match acoustically just fine, and I can buy a single one of these for $280. I won't care for the visual mismatch however.
So my question is: If you were in my situation, would you hold out till a single or cheap pair of series I/s is/are available, or just purchase a new series II and deal with the visual mismatch?
Or maybe sell the single old series I and start with a fresh pair? my single works great btw.
Any input appreciated.
