Insert cables--best value?

hey, anybody have a favorite brand 1/4" insert cable that doesn't cost 30 bucks for a 3 footer, but is nice and quiet? i've found the Hosa 1 meter is about 6 bucks at Sweetwater--anyone using these?

The truth is that a cable that small won't have a huge quality/buzz impact unless something is seriously wrong. Of course it is always better to get the best quality cables you can find, but I wouldn't spend too much time/money on cables that small.

hey Massive, not sure what you mean by that "under pressure" thing. i don't think there'd be alot of pressure in my home studio anyway. it's just me, so i think i'll go for it!
