Alesis SR-16 question

I understand that the SR-16 has a midi out port. I'm hoping that I can plug this into a GenMidi patch and get drums from a module, as I understand that all the canned kits have reverb on them.

Question: What channel does the SR-16 send on? Are the midi channels configurable?

I downloaded the manual for the SR-16 from Alesis' site and got my answer.

If you are curious, yes you can control an external module with the SR-16.
