Essentially a Chrysler Neon with a retro-looking body. Driven almost exclusively by morbidly obese white, middle class women who think it's a sports car or something.

You know, a few years ago we had an Chinese engineer at work that had taken a long road trip over the weekend and came back swearing a tractor had flew by him on the interstate!!! We eventually found a picture on line and he indentified it as a PT Cruiser-we all fell over laughing at that one!!
