Just to throw in the low rent alternative.
I have a Behri Bass DI & it's really quite good - solid, plenty of variation available and a pretty good sound - esp the drive.
Mind you, almost all the gear you listed is better than mine - I'd've just stuck with the focusrite if in your, enviable, position.
