I don't know the dimensions of a 38, but, if it is not an even number of rack spaces, the Tascam ears were always larger (longer) than the machine is tall and a small filler panel was provided to fill the area to make an even rack space.

It's 16" wide, the 52 is 17" wide. I think the 38 is around 18" or so tall. I haven't measured it as I can cut to fit. I was more concerned with the angle legs.

Here's the pics with measurements attached.

My ruler doesn't have super-fine graduations so bear that in mind when you make your measurements. Also, any shots where you see that the starting edge may be off by a hair in the photo, keep that in mind too!

The shots should be self explanatory but if you have any questions, please ask before you cut of drill!

Thanks for the measurements Ghost. I'm sure they'll come in handy if your buyer wants the ears on your machine.
