i'm wondering about saving/ storing my stuff on my flash card, so when im done with it and want to recall it later, how do i save everything on my card that i did to go back to it later. like all my stuff on a few partitions, how do i save it all at one time when i have many songs and stuff...

i'd like some suggestions as to what cf cards to use, i've read san disk extreme 3 is the best, but then there is ultra, so does it even matter or what?
