Hello, I just ordered a presonus firestudio 26x26. My question is about the firewire connection. I've got a SIIG 1394 firewire card with a TI chipset in it. I believe this is a 6-pin connection. My question is, should I shell out 35 bucks for a 800 mbps cord from BestBuy? Or would a 100/200/400...

Is it worth it to buy a Firestudio 26x26, if it doesn't come with any software? Drivers can be downloaded from Presonus' website, but it won't come with Cubase. How big of a loss is this? Is it still worth it.
