Can anyone tell me what kind of effects they use on singing vocals. Because i never mix a singer song before. So if anyone can give me some tips i will appreciate it.

I use adobe audition i would like to know do anyone know how to copy and paste a chorus/Hook EXACTLY where you want to put it. Because everytime i try to copy and paste i could never get the hook where i want. It be off .1 or 2 decimals. So if anyone can tell me how to fix that i will appreciate it.
