Well then, I know you know, but I'll say it anyway...having had one (or even worse two) puts you at an exponentially higher risk for having the kind you don't recover from. Do whatever you can to lower your risk factors as much as possible. OK, done preaching. :D

Well, they shut down filming of NCIS for a little while because of it, so I'm assuming that means it's there. Maybe it's just spreading slowly. It's extremely unpleasant. As in coming out of both ends at the same time unpleasant.

There's a really bad stomach virus going around, apparently it's nationwide. Has your area been hit? Ours sure has. My wife had it but somehow I've managed to avoid it so far.

Yeah, but all that stuff's not going to do you any good if instead of nuking the place, the russki's just turn all of the electricity off. Then you'll wish you'd bought solar, wind, and piece of land to grow things on that gets regular rain. And some really nice acoustic guitars. (y)
