hey guys, thanks for that. The digi 001 actually comes with pro tools LE, but i was just wondering if u needed to will it work with cubase ok because I know they do asio drivers. Once again thanks for your replies

Ahh I do have one, In the Uk we call them multi-meters or simple ohm meters or volt meters. I spose I should have worked that out really! Sorry! I did an electronics module as part of my dgree and used them a fair bit. Once again Track Rat you have been most helpful, thankyou for your time.

Can anyone tell me how the digi 001 runs on a pc using cubase? Has anyone got any experience of the asio drivers? I have heard some bad things about protools le and pc's also, was wondering if anyone had any experience?

No unfortunatly. It would help, Ill try and sort some out. I think it is half normalising I want to achieve. I want to use it for my channel insert. Thanks jimmy

Hey there, I was recently given an old patchbay by a comapny called thatched cottage audio. It is a 2u 32 channel peice of gear, but it isnt normalised, I was just wondering is there a way to normalise it with some soldering or somethng? cheers

Hey people, im having trouble getting it all to sync together. I have the adat 9 pin and the opticle in and out.and i think the clock and sample rates are all right and i hit sync but nothing happens. Do i have to change somethin on the sync options?

Hey there, I know adats use svhs, I have been using Quantegy 42 min tapes. A friend of mine told be the svhs u can buy in my local electrical store will work. What I was wondering is if they work at a satisfactory level to record with in a pinch? thanks

hey , I have a behringer mx 2004a and it doesnt have direct outs so i use the inserts, but it bypasses the eqs and sends, and i obviously cant use the iserts for things such as comepressors. it is really annoying, is there a way to get the eqs to come through or to get them to work as inserts...
