Ok so the song i made sounds good , so i bounced it to disk , put it on itunes and then onto a cd and my ipod....now when i listen to the song from the cd and/or my ipod it sounds like the sample rate changed when I bounced it cuz now it's sped up and higher pitched! what do i do??

Ok so I opened a song up that I recorded yesterday in the key of E, now I opened it up today to play guitar to it and it's exactly half a step lower...I know for a fact my guitar didn't evenly drop out of tune exactly half a step! PLEASE HELP! :)
