Ok so the song i made sounds good , so i bounced it to disk , put it on itunes and then onto a cd and my ipod....now when i listen to the song from the cd and/or my ipod it sounds like the sample rate changed when I bounced it cuz now it's sped up and higher pitched!

what do i do??

You're probably messing up a setting on the bounce.
But since you dont even tell us what you're using, how do you expect us to be psychic??

Ok sorry, so I'm pretty sure I recorded it using 41k , but then I noticed that problem, so I opened up a new session, imported that song into this new session using 48k, and when I imported the song i changed that song to 48k as well, and so far that's the only combination where the song sounds how it's suppose to. But then when I bounce it down and put it on ipod or whatever , still has the same problem like its sped up and high pitched (probably since i changed it to 48k)
But why does it sound completely fine listening to it in pro tools????

PS- Im using the mbox 3 via usb, pro tools 8 le, and my laptop

Pretty sure your original recording was at 48k, not 41k. That's why it plays fine in your 48k session in Pro Tools. So, just export as 41k and see what happens.
