  • I'm always happy when I meet a fellow progger. Your work was cranking in my office today, and I smiled more than once at the prog-rock sensibility, skill, and care you've shown. Keep it going, man. My own stuff's not nearly as well recorded as yours--my humble studio and weak engineering skills contribute--but if you have a moment to spare, you can hear my own prog-leanings at www.JLH.2tunes.com
Thank you sir! It's interesting to watch folks who have been caught up in the preamp arms race, thinking that a (somewhat) better pre will sprinkle fairy dust on their sound. I wish.
WS - I really enjoyed YASBTMe - what a terrific intro arrangement - came on all Sgt Peppers & then dropped into the drive gear for the git melody - big surprise - & the reprise of the intro arrangement then all the anticipation of waiting & wondering how you'd deal with that last note - & well worth the anticipation too.
Heya Strat!!! Just stopping in your place to say hi and have a great day! You gotta do something about this parking!!!:D

You're right, man. I'm actually enjoying it a little too much, which isn't a good thing.
    WS,

Regardless of how busy "one" may be, when questions are asked (repeatedly) and no answers are ever forthcoming, people could be excused for wondering whether their questions are being deliberately ignored.

I agree with you. And I understand retro1's position. I ordered a 300--and got something other than the expected 200.

Hey. I just re-read your post. You should have received a 200 in place of the 300. What was in its place?
:D...it was mmmm for me too!~ There was turkey and ham both, with all the fixins... It was a good day with family! Then I got restless and went riding!
So..have you demolished those delicious White Castles, taquitos, pizza and deer sausage yet Strat?!! Arteries prepare for battle!!!..:D
Happy Thanksgiving Turkey Day Strat!!! Gobble gobble!!!:D

Be safe and blessed in your travels!!!!
Hiya Strat!!! Just stopping in to say I'm accounted for...not sure what I count for though...:D
Yeah, one of those is mine from when I was a child taking uke lessons. I'm originally from Hawaii and the uke is/was the local recorder equivalent that lots of school kids learned to play. I've picked up a few more along the way.
    Hey-
How's it going? Thanks for offering to host some files.
I'm not sure if I'm going to get them done tonight, but if not, I'll get to them tomorrow, if you just want to let me know where to send them.
    Thanks
