right dont have the cash for the dolby noise reduction cards for my tape mechine ( 2" 456 tape ) looking for a cheaper alternative.

Anyone got and tips or tricks with the Neve V3 desk for both multi-tracking ( tracking to 2" tape ) and mix/mastering.

I got a M-audio delta 2496 it has RCA in and outs.. Trying to build a converter RCA in to mini jack in salvaged some parts from an old rca lead and a mini to 1/4inch converter. Now i got a lenth of cable soldered 2 wires from in side to the terminals on the RCA male socket. I have tryed it...
