thanks for the input! i tried copying to a different track and offsetting it a little bit manually... wasn't fully happy with it but i'll mess around with it more. how would you do it with a sample delay? thanks again!

hey guys, ive been trying to figure out how you can make screams really wide sounding (usually found in some forms of metal/'metalcore') but havent had any luck... any ideas? ive messed around with a phase plugin but i couldnt get it to sound good. thanks!

ive used the antares mic modeler on electric guitar tracks... it can help with some of the 'fizz' up top sometimes... but yes, it is an effect and its use is limited. can be fun tho! :) (get the preamp)

thanks for the input guys! im definately going to be cautious with how much power i give it with the 900... i played through it a little bit today and kept it at around 10:00 at the loudest. i didnt hear any sort of "crying" or anything so i think those levels might be fine for it. someone...

i just got a 1x12 custom audio amplifiers cabinet... it has a greenback in it right now. eventually id like to pick up a vintage 30 to swap back and forth depending on the project, but for now its all i have. my friend has a jcm900 100watt amp... with the low power switch on its 50 watts...

no not at the same time... i actually have to figure out how exactly im going to hook it up in order for me to hear the entire mix AND send like a vocal track to the rumour to mess with reverb. ill probably have to run through the mixer to do it (so much for the rumour's da haha).
