I am trying to have 2 Midi Controllers. I have a keyboard and my MPC2000XL that I would like to control different synths. Sometimes I want to be able to use the MPC to play (record) drums, sometimes I want to be able to use my keyboard for pad, horn, synth sounds...

OK... so I can record audio via using my MPC2000 as the midi generator and recording Audio into Cakewalk. Yet, I still cannot just record Midi. Does anyone know how exactly I should setup my midi cables or something.
PLEASE HELP ME... I'm pulling my hair out!
