i heard of that new cd-writer of yamaha. now my question: they say their new audio master - technology improves sound quality and i read about that in severeal pc-magazines. is it true? so should i burn with my premasters with that one? thanks for your advise, entenow

hi there, now that i come to mixing and mastering, some question appeared. when watching professional mixes on my correlation meter, it almost always stays completely in phase, forming a straight line. -> my conclusion: this is good, i need to have that, too. :) (correct me, if I'm wrong!)...

over here in germany price was also cut from 1500dm to a little bit over 900dm. that's more than a third! Well, i think that's their way of product placement. or maybe they dont't sell at all. :) i will get drunk now. goodbye entenow

i wouldn't use any effects while recording even if i was quite sure that the result is the desired sound. always consider that effects on recorded material cannot be easily removed (and with great loss in quality). only on vocals some compression can be carefully(you mustn't overcompress it)...

if you wanna move and add/delete files using the explorer you have to use an additional program, which does all that burning stuff. explorer cannot burn a cd. ahead has also such a program. it's called inCD and it should be included in your nero-package, cause i have it but i never use it. entenow

well, of course i agree with you, apple. I think todays music you listen to on most of our radio stations and tv is simply annoying, i cannot listen to it more than half an hour. in addition I hate most of today's music. i'm nineteen!! and alot of my friends even the younger ones feel the same...
