I would like a pair of sm81 but on ebay it didn't look like they could be had for under about 575. What about the at 4041's. I've got a c1 and love it.... are the c4's as good? Also the mxl 603s have rave reviews even though they are really cheap. Any more suggestions?

Can you successfully master in sonar 3 with no additional software like t-racks or waves? If you can how well does it work and does it sound right? I know home mastering can be a sticky situation but please help me out!
