24.75 scale with a set or through neck.

22 frets, no trem, rosewood or ebony fretboard, no neck pickup, P-90 in the bridge,

22 frets, no trem, ebony fretboard, 59 in the neck and Custom Custom in bridge.
 
What are the pros and cons of set neck/neck-thru, aside from neck thru guitars looking better? Sound of the wood? Sturdiness? Etc.? I don't think about this stuff even when buying a guitar.

Neck through is sposed to be more stable and allow easier access to upper frets.
 
What about the wood? Having three seperate pieces of wood would affect sustain and...other stuff, right?
