I've determined 8 channels is not enough to record live gigs, so I want to purchase a second unit and double the tracks from 8 to 16 simultaneous recording. I understand I can chain 2 R16's via USB and there could be some latency but I figure I can correct this in Studio One.
Does anyone here have any experience linking these two units? Or am I going to regret the purchase?
