Zoom mrs4-b as a control surface?

Hey I was just wondering as have a Zoom Mrs4B that I dont use anymore and when I was looking at it today I noticed it had a midi out and no in, does this mean it has the possibility of being used as a control surface? If so how would I go about doing this.
