So I got out of computer recording and went to work stations about 6 years ago because I got sick of messing around with computers instead of recording music.
Fast forward to yesterday when my imac 2007 died. I bought a new iMac (2.7 i5 running os 10.8.5)
I downloaded logic pro x and expected my h4n to functions as a i/f as it did with my 2007 mac but it does not.
I can select it as a i/f but it sends and receives no audio. Some times it is seen in my system preferences but only for a couple seconds and then is not there as an option.
So far I have spent 6 hours trying to get this to work and have recorded no music. I've called apple and they say it is the h4n and I am having a hard time tracking down customer support from zoom.
If anyone can help great.
I am not far from taking my imac back and retreating to my workstation. ahhhhhhh!!!!
