What is in your set list? What do you like to play? Let's share, cuz maybe we can pickup some gems!
I play rhythm guitar in a cover band. I sing lead along with the bass player.

I went digging and found what I think is the last setlist that my jam band was playing off of. There is a bunch more - but these were the tunes that were solid, ready to go on demand with this line-up. Seeing this makes me want to play again. Occasionally we had a great female singer who would play with us - we all went out and did some of these at local jams occasionally - but having her opened up a whole other setlist that included a bunch of Susan Tedeschi, Debbie Davies, Lou Ann Barton, and even some more Zeppelin that she could easily pull off.

By the way... that Petty song in my list above (Honey Bee). Anyone know that one? Uh... yeah, it's a little controversial. I mean in our group it was a little controversial. Not sure exactly where Tom was coming from with that and have never gone digging - but yeah... the lyrics seem to possibly go to an inappropriate place. Sure do enjoy playing it though.

It's kinda funny..... when one of the other guys first brought that song to the group I'm like "Yeah, I know that one! Played it for years in my other band. Let's do it!" Well - I was thinking of the SRV song "Honey Bee" - not the Petty song - which I'd never heard. Very different tunes.

And yeah. Honey Bee is a cool song. Play it myself. Great interplay between Tom and Mike on the guitars.

Controversial? Not really, just some sexual innuendo. You want controversial? Winger’s 17

My list is a copy/paste from the Lyrics/song app I use called Bandhelper. It is web based and has Android and iOS apps. Very useful.

The Honey Bee I know best is by Blake Shelton -- the best of modern country music.

And not controversial one bit ;)

I thought of asking the same question. PHouse answered "Excel"
Excel is/was the program/format I used to keep a record of all my recordings.
Due to a major computer crash....I no longer have Excel (operating) on my pc, but, at the very least, I had printed hard copies of the Excel files.
Unfortunately however, aside from losing my recording info, the worst of the PC crash was because I hadn't backed up my Excel files and formulae that I had developed. Engineering stuff.
