You would shoot me!!! Roland Jv-1010 to work with Motif 6 Help plz

EVERYONE here would probably shoot me, but a little over a year ago i bought my self a Roland jv-1010 Sound Module to expand my motif 6...well i didnt even open it until today. :(
Now my question to your guys is. How do i get this damn thing to work.

i have:
Midi Cable
Output/Input Cables L/R

I believe that is all i should need in order to get this working...

does anyone have any ideas?? would be very appreciated. thanks

Box it back up, sedn it back, and cop yourself a nice YAMAHA expndsion board.

Other than that I don't know.... Just YAMAHA midi out to the Midi input of the JV1010. JV1010 audio outputs to mixing source. Then read the MOTif manual on using an external device.
