Yamaha Magicstomp?

Hi. Does anyone have this pedal? I've tried to check out as much literature as possible on this but I don't see ANYWHERE where it lists how many simultaneous effects you can have going in a patch.

Does anyone know?

Also, anyone have any other experience with any of the other units from this series?

I'm looking into buying a multi-effects unit that has amp modeling (ideally, but not absolutely necessary) and has a headphone out. I know the new Magicstomp II does have a headphone out. The unit should also be acoustic guitar friendly.

Anyone have any thoughts?

I haven't used it, but I have heard that the 2nd generation is way better than the first gen, and I have heard the buttons are pretty weak for touring, etc.

You will get better response from this if you post it in the guitar forum.
