WTB Rackmount Soundcard?

I currently use a Tascam-122 but am upset my the lowish latency, and would like to get a rackmount one. I have a good budget but obviously am factoring in value for money. I dont need loads of channels just high latancy...

Any Suggestions
 
My first suggestion is to look up what latency is and then go from there. :D

Other than that, take a look at the Tascam FW-1804. I have one and love it, although I'm sure everybody has their own favorite.
