My bosses wife is a dancing instructor and purchased an audio technica wireless mic(pro8he). She now wants a pa system that will play cds and she can hook up her mic. Would she be better to buy a seperate cd player, or can you get something suitable that has a built in cd player? Can anyone give me some basic pointers on feedback issues when using wireless mics with pa sytems?

i don't know of a PA with a CD player 'built in', those Peavey and Fender all-in-one PAs might be ok for her but there's not too many tonnes of bass!
a Roland keyboard amp may be a better option, they have good thump (check out one of the Sound Controls, you must be near one!) and you have no leads to set up etc. You can stick it on a chair if you need better projection, but I use the big one (350 I think) for karaoke things with youth groups and stuff all the time, just dump it, plug in a discman and 3 mics and go!
