Why is the US 800 so cheap?

I recently purchases the 600, but then I noticed the 800 is online for half the price...why is that?

Isn't the 800 discontinued?

Yeah it is...but the question is: why?

Not sure. The US1641 was discontinued, then replaced with the US1800. It is basically the same unit, with external power supply and new look. Maybe the 800 will get an updated look too.
