Which Stand Alone CD Recorder ?

I am sorry, I think the server was all screwed up and took only half of my thread.

But anyway, I tried doing a search but it won't accept anything under 3 characters (CD), so this is my question.

Which stand alone recorders have had good reviews, or which do you own and have been satisfied with? I want one to mix down to.

These are the ones I am looking at:
Tascam CD-RW700
Tascam CD-RW5000
Fostex CR300
Marantz CDR630
Marantz CDR631
HHB CDR830
Sony CDRW33

Can anyone rate these?

I saw that you had posted, and before I opened the thread I knew you were going to say Masterlink!

That would be great, but a little out of my price range.

He beat me to it even though I don't own one. But, you know all about the ML and its outstanding performance.

I suggest you hit up your rich uncle for an advanced birthday present, like the ML.

Since I've been using the Yam 2816 with the CDRW built-in, I did not buy a ML. But, if I had not bought the total package, chances are the ML would be in my studio.

Have a nice Thanksgiving. I'm sure several of the other burners would do but the ML would really do it.
