What is the cheapest soundcard that has 2 inputs so I can hook up my behringer mixer to it?

Yeah, if your computer has a soundcard at all you're good to go. The line-in jack is a stereo input so just get a Y-cable that has 2 RCA or 1/4" phono jacks on one end (for the mixer outputs) and a 1/8" stereo jack on the other end. Forget about the soundcard mic input jack.
