Which POD for Bass?

I need to get something to get great sounds for the basses which are going direct into the computer in my studio. I am leaning towards the Bass POD which sounds pretty good.

However I have heard from another guy with a studio that he uses the guitar POD for bass as well. If it works good for that I could use it for guitar as well since I am mainly a guitarist. Does anyone have any feeling about this either way?

Bass Pod is far better for bass than the guitar pod. i was only able to get one or two usable sounds out of the guitar Pod on bass, but every sound on the bass pod is usable. The J-Station sounds all right too, but it's limited. If you are picky about your bass sounds, the Bass Pod gives you a *lot* more.
