which OS for new hard disk? Help!

I guess this is a silly newbie question, but:

I'm in the process of upgrading to a bigger hard disk. I now have version 2.02 software and want my new disk to have all the upgraded features. Can I leapfrog the earlier updates and install version 2.14 in my new disk? Is that a complete operating system? Will it include all the earlier updates? Or must I install the earlier updates one by one. I hope not!

Than ks....my buddy volunteered to help me this afternoon, so, please, if someone is out ther to help!

I assume you're talking about a Masterlink, since it's currently at OS v 2.14. I'm pretty sure you only need to load the latest OS and all previous changes will be incorporated, but since you're changing the hard disc, you might want to call Alesis Tech Support (310-821-5000) to make sure (lately, the wait to talk with them hasn't been very long).
