i sent my beringer "composer" in for factory
service about ten weeks ago. channel R died.
it took a few days of telephoning just to get to the new "offices" for a repair auth.#
evidently beringer does a lot of corporate
"restructuring" so it was a long trail to
follow.
finally got to speak with a nice enough chap
whose name was Timor (sp?) he spoke with a
charming german accent telling me where to
ship the unit and that i could expect to get
it back in about three weeks.
now when i call i get to leave a message, which has yet to be retruned or a fax tone.
any advice on what to do?
