Where is Brian Moore iGuitar with the 13-pin RMC system?

What is happening with the Brian Moore iGuitar? Specifically the ones with the 13-pin RMC system for synth pickup and MIDI compatibility?

Are they all discontinued? Did Brian Moore lose the license for the 13-pin RMC system pickups?

I worked for BMG till Jan. I was the Eastern regional sales manager.

Right now the company is in R&D on the new guitar( usb audio and midi)

I think the last 13 pin guitars might be available at West L.A Music?

Otherwise you might have to scout around and see if any other dealers have any left.

Thanks for the reply, Brian. OK, so that explains it - I suspected something was up.

So it looks like the next generation of the USB iGuitar will carry BOTH AUDIO AND MIDI over the USB connection, making the 13 pin connectors and interface unnecessary.

So that explains the scarcity of the 13 pin guitars...

Maybe it makes sense to wait for the next generation of the USB iGuitar to be released before jumping in.

I found a video demo (from 2006) which shows the iGuitar USB with BOTH audio and MIDI data transferred over the USB port into the computer. This seems to eliminate the need for the 13 pin interface. I guess this is the next generation iGuitar USB...

I wonder when we can buy these?
