whats the difference?

A delta 44 and a delta 66? whats the difference? and If I were to pick one up, do I get an additional soundcard or is the card supplied the sound card?

the difference between the 44 and 66 is that the 66 has spdif. its a break out box with a pci card that connects to it. with the 66 the spdif is on the pci card.

Yes it's the sound card - it has a PCI card and a breakout box which you connect your equipment to.
