Ok, I'm thinking about buying a new guitar ('cos I've got a lump of money coming up soon) and what I want to know is what's the difference between a Les Paul studio and a standard. I mean the specs don't look that different and the standards twice the price of a studio (which is still overpriced I think).
BTW, talking of overpriced guitars, I phoned a local guitar shop to get a price for the BC Rich Wartribe which looks awesome (take a look at the BC Rich web site) and was told that they didn't have a exact price, but it was about £4,500 (British). Now I don't know what that is in US, but consider that a Les Paul Standard is about £1200! And I though Gibsons where overpriced!
