What's the best way to cut 703?

I need to cut some panels down to make corner fills, etc. What's the best way to cut it? Boxcutter?

I found boxcutters to be best on thick stuff, but for the one inch stuff, they sell little things that look like pizza cutters, only are really sharp. I used that for my 1 inch stuff, and it is really easy. And straght lines!

Here's how I'm doing it:

Lay the pannel on a workbench.
Measure from the lip of the work bench to the edge of the over hanging 703.
This measurement is how much you want to take off.
Measure it at each corner so that its square to the bench lip.
Place a 4' level (or other straight edge) on top of the pannel, and repeat the measurements.
Lightly clamp the level in place.
You now have a gide on the top (the level) and on the bottom (the bench lip) of the pannel.
Take a long, serrated butcher knife, and saw through the pannel keeping the blade against the bench lip and the edge of the level.
The 703 cuts real easy, and the guides keep it square.
What you'll find is that you don't have to use much of a sawing motion, the blade will kind of glide through it.
