I know this has probably been done many times, but I thought it would be fun to see what everyone else has in their racks. I didn't see any posts within a few pages so I figured what the heck.

My rack so far is
Furman Power Conditioner
Behringer EuroRack MX1604A (live use)
Alesis MultiMix16 USB 2.0
Shure Concert TD Series Wireless Mic
Alesis Midiverb III
Korg DTR-2 Tuner
Alesis 3630 Compressor
Alesis DM5 Trigger
Art 15 band EQ
Rocktron Hush Super C
BBE 362 Sound Enhancer
Art TPS x2

It's nothing amazingly special, but it gets the job done for a project studio. I absolutely love the tuner, hush and trigger. I'm hoping to get an MPA Gold and DBX compressor within the next few weeks.

I have nothing in my wallet - because I keep adding things to my rack.

I don't have any high end stuff - and I had originally planned to start upgrading this year.......but given the economy, I will be delaying upgrades for now.

This question has been asked/answered before - but I've got a couple of minutes to kill

Maybe a better poll idea would be "what have you got ridden from your rack after years of reading and learning on HRDC", obviously some before and after audio samples compressed to fcuk and encoded at 128Kbps mp3 and only allowed to be judged on headphones by blind men riding horses while stirring exceptionaly scalding hot porridge at 6AM in hessian underwear should be allowed to answer "truthfully"

I love porridge. And hessian underwear.

I'd ditch the 1010. Get something better, spend what the 1010 cost new 4 years ago and you'll be amazed at how good the rest of your gear really sounds.

My rack of intense 1000 dollar pres :D

All it actually consists of is

presonus firepod
line6 rack pod pro
behringer compressor
proel hap10 headphone amp

Except that I didn't buy it 4 years ago...or new ;) $400 for 8 channels of AD/DA in a PCI format was a good fit for my needs. A converter upgrade is coming, I just haven't figured out what or when. Just out of curiosity...what do you suggest for PC-friendly, 8 channels of in/out, and good conversion that isn't going to cost me $2K+?

Man...that sounds good. An RBI through a Pro VLA would sound killer with that '68 P-bass you have.

Frank

Yep, it sounds pretty good for that growling SVT sound (which is basically my live sound, too). I'm currently in love with the fat thump of my P into the LA-610...it's yummy sounding :D
