I have no doubt you could find the average IQ will vary to some degree among races, but that wouldn’t mean anything unless socioeconomic, health, education etc (nurture items) was all controlled for. It would also not indicate whether or not it could be changed and to what degree. Why not just assume our human dna is pretty similar across the board and strive to make things as fair as reasonably possible?
