Hey. Could someone please explain the basics of ADAT to me? What does it stand for? Is it digital or analog? I have a Roland VS880 that is getting to be quite a pain sometimes. Would the Alesis ADAT studio package be more up my alley? Can I use SPDIF with ADAT? I'm just trying to see if I should chuck the Roland and go ADAT. Thanx.
