I'd have to see some brand names before commenting, doesn't look like a bad setup, though I'm sure that CPU is overpriced and I'd venture to say that an AMD64 would be cheaper.

You could most likely build a PC with those specs at newegg.com for around $600-700.

newegg over 1K. quality parts. ASUS, Cooler Master, Corsair, etc.

High price does not always = quality

Look up Rosewill RAM for starters.
