What channel on mixe r ?

Hi

to expand my setup I recently bought a behringer ub2222 mixer.
I don't have a computer based daw setup at this time, eventually plan to add one but later.

right now for my main multitrack I have a Zoom 1044, For my studio monitors using Behringer truth.
what channel on my mixer would I plug the zoom into ?
 
Are you talking for monitoring from the Zoom or for sending signals into the Zoom?

I would like to have it setup to where I can monitor what goes into the zoom through my monitors I recently bought a pair behringer truth studio monitors before I was just listening through headphones.

so I like to hear what goes through the zoom out my monitors
 
Well you can connect the outputs of the Zoom to any channels you want to, then connect the outs of the mixer to the Truths. Make sure you have the channels panned hard left and right to hear it in stereo.
